CIL Group, a Major Shareholder of the IWD Group, is a private company owned by the Flipo family since 1880 (operating under different names up to 1935). Its historical and main activity is the trading and processing of wool, Compagnie d'Importation de Laines using its own on-site trading branches and scouring facilities. In addition to its traditional wool trading and processing activities, CIL group has also developed new activities in the industry (wool pressing, strapping and plastic injection) as well as in distribution (school & office supplies)
